Why is the Sales Report not working correctly?

Hello,

We have a custom saved report for sales by item, and the behavior of the report is very strange.

The report is working fine sometimes and sometimes not for all.

Sometimes for some users it is working fine, and for others it is not.

Other times it is not working when changing filter values, and other times it works normally.

We don't know how to fix the issue permanently!
