Bundle - SQW Automate: Advanced Check Printing

Hi! Anyone here who has used/is using the bundle SQW Automate: Advanced Check Printing (Bundle ID = 288859)?

The Check Printing page for my client shows only 3 specific accounts in the 'Bank Account' dropdown while other accounts have checks pending to be printed as well. I am wondering if there is a setting that I might be missing?
