How to change the value of a locked field


Is there a way to change the value of a locked field using SuiteScript or RESTAPI?

For example, I want to change the INVETORY ADJUSTMENTS of Applies To in the image to T. I need to change the value of Applies To because I need to use SuiteTalk to work with an external system.


Or if you have a better way to do this, please let me know.
