SDF deployment error for custom invoice form

We are getting the following error while deploying our suiteApp into a new account for a custom invoice form. But the deployment was working fine earlier in other existing accounts.

Details: The sublist id value, promotions, is either invalid or does not exist in the account. The value must be a valid system value or a custom value. Please suggest.
