Sandbox Payment Link Domain Prefix After Refresh

Hi!

I had enabled the native NetSuite Payment Link functionality in our Sandbox DEV instance earlier in the year. I was finally at a point to refresh SB1/DEV a couple of weeks ago. The domain prefix I had used was "gophersportsb1". But now when I try to use that same domain prefix after the refresh, it will not let me save and gives me an error of:

Record Not Saved

The store domain name you chose 'gophersportsb1.suitepayments.com' is already taken. Please go back and choose another.

What am I missing or overlooking that I cannot get this configured? Do I really have to use a new domain prefix after every refresh?
