New to NetSuite | A Custom Role Needs to have the Ability to Delete a Message in a Record
In NetSuite, custom roles provide you with the flexibility to create and adjust roles according to your specific preferences and permissions. With this, permissions are provided by NetSuite and determine what data and interface users have access to. Permissions are tied to roles, which are assigned to users. Depending on the role(s) a user is assigned to, they’ll have access to certain permissions tied to their role(s).
Scenario:
The custom role has a Full access to the Track Message permission, however, the capability to delete messages is not available.
