List all the Fields Available in Vendor Record in a Drop Down field

Hi Team,

Is there a list/record that displays all the fields in the vendor or purchase order (PO) records, including both standard and custom fields in a dropdown field. I'm not certain if this is possible.  Could you please advise if it is possible to do it and, if so, how?
