DEP transaction non-payment customization

For Deposit / DEP transactions, we'd like to associate deposit line items with customers. For Payments, we have a 'Customize' button and a FROM field.

We'd like that FROM field to show up on Other Deposits and Cash Back. (or some other customer name field). How can we customize those alternate sublists on the DEP transaction?
