Defect 718518: KPI stuck/error on loading

We have a long-standing case associated with Defect 718518 where standard KPI fail to load if the Analytics preference is set to report by Period for All Reports (a common setting in our environment).

This seems to be cropping up again. Anyone else seeing KPI not load, or otherwise have a ticket open related to this defect?
