Can not see subsidiaries journals - pending approval

Hello,


I am having an issue with approving journal entries from other subsidiaries in NetSuite. I have customized the Approve Journal Entries page to show the Subsidiary column, but I still cannot see the journal entries that need my approval. I have also checked if there is any workflow or script that could restrict the visibility of journal entries from other subsidiaries, but I did not find anything. How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your help.
