How to access system notes on the line level for use in a saved search
Hi,
In short, I am trying to see if it is possible to pull a time stamp for a specific field change in the system notes on the line item level(the history button on the far right of the line item level).
I am trying to see when a line item was cancelled and compare it to when the order was waved or picked. I was asked to find how many orders do we have for a specific customer where we pick items prior to lines being closed. Is this doable? I was looking for the field "closed" but I couldn't find it in the list of fields. Thanks. Screenshots below on what I tried.
