Time and Attendance - Point System

Good day all you Suite people.

We use Adi Clock as our time clock function and do payroll through NetSuite. We are wondering if, through Adi or NetSuite, we can implement and automate a points tracking system for time and attendance. IE, an employee would get a Point for each late clock-in and 5 points (for example) leads to some sort of disciplinary actions.
