I am trying to do a simple saved search to show orders for specific customers that are and Pending Fulfillment status with no backordered quantity on any lines. This will be used in a workflow to change an integration status field to send the orders to our 3PL via EDI.

I've tried a couple of the searches provided by SuiteAnswers - 29289 and 75236 and in both cases I've set the search up exactly as documented but they don't return any results. Can anyone provide guidance on whether those solutions are still valid or if there is something in a later release that may have invalidated them?
