How to Add and Remove Buttons from Custom Subtabs?

I have just created a custom subtab on my Employee record called PPE.

Firstly, is there a way I can create a print button to sit here as I want to just print the records listed in the subtab only.

Secondly is there anyway to remove the attach button and the record ID link, shown here as Personal Protective Equipment.
