How to remove Use as Category Only field on Item records?

Hello,

I am aware of what the checkbox is intended to be for: https://www.netsuiterp.com/2019/07/use-as-category-only-check-box-on-item.html

However, we do not want our users to be able to create items without an Account.

Is there any way to remove this checkbox from the custom form? I can't see the field as Admin on the Form-setup page.

I tried using a workflow to set the field type to hidden however the field does not appear in the workflow to choose from.

I am hoping someone has an idea on how to manage this as I can only imagine the mess that would exist if we let users start creating items with no accounts.
