Map the Field 'Part of Phase' when Exporting Tasks from NetSuite to OpenAir

How do I automatically map "part of phase" when importing NetSuite Project subTasks into OpenAir. Currently all Project Tasks are coming into OpenAir as parent tasks. Tried implementing Suite Answer article 69416 but couldn't get it to work.

"There is a need to use Lookup in this mapping to ensure that the correct phase is selected."

Has anyone successfully implemented the line above? Any pointer will be appreciated.
