Filtering analytics portlet on dashboard not working

edited Sep 25, 2023 6:19PM in Ask A Guru 12 comments

In NetSuite Release 2023.1 the ability to filter analytics portlets on your dashboard was added. I can see the heading above the portlet indicating that filters are being applied:

But nothing happens when I click on the filter hyperlink of any of the filters, make a change, and click Apply:

The filter hyperlink does add my change to its label, but the portlet doesn't refresh/reload with the new data.

The only way I can seem to refresh/reload the portlet is by completely removing a filter by clicking on the trash icon:

After doing that, a spinning circle and "Loading chart" is shown and then the portlet is refreshed/reloaded with the new data - although, it's incorrect data because a necessary filter has been completely removed.

Howdy, Stranger!
