How to group records onto one row for a single item but showing multiple entries?
Hello,
I have a summary search where I have multiple case when formulas pulling in information for a specific vendor from a custom record and I'm wanting them to all be in a separate column. When attempting to do so, it displays however many entries there are for that particular item on the custom record. How can I group it so that it only displays the information on one line instead?

I just want them to be on one row, I feel like the - None - value is throwing it off.. just not sure how to get rid of that within my formulas so it can group the way I intend.
