Loss department report

I need to have a report in Netsuite shows loss department income if the department has loss in last three month. I need the system automatically filter it because I have almost 1000 departments in the system.

I did a report in Analytic but it can't be exported as pivot or printed. I have an alternative 3rd party solution but I prefer something in Netsuite.

Could anyone help me on this? Thank you.
