How do I apply a custom form SuiteScript to a form/subtab?

Hi there~

I've made a SuiteScript that generates a sublist I can fill in for package weights, dimentions and more to put on our Item Fulfilments, as the basic NetSuite lacks some of these options.

How do I go about applying this script to a sublist? I can't find a tutorial on it anywhere. Most just get to the stage of creating the script, uploading it to NetSuite but not applying it to any forms.
