Why does Dunning Recipient "Level 2 and Above" not go into CC?
Hi Gurus,
I have set a Customer email: customer@email.com, and a few Dunning Recipients:
- recipientA@email.com (Level 1 and Above)
- recipientB@email.com (Level 2 and Above)
- recipientC@email.com (Level 2 and Above)
But when i run the Dunning Schedule Workflow, the Dunning Evaluation Result only show like this:
- To: recipientA@email.com
- CC: customer@email.com
It doesn't include the CC for recipient B and C. Can i get your advise if i missed out anything?
