Link transaction record to an entity record?

Hi,

  1. We have a case profile setup from an inbound email, eg. paymentrequest@test.com. We want to link this case created into the employee record. How can we link this?
  2. PO created for a new hire. Once approved, we want to link this PO to the employee record. How should we go about this?
