Permission to revalue fixed asset

I want our custom fixed asset account role to be able to revalue a fixed asset. I have set permissions as shown below, but cannot revalue the asset through Fixed Asset -> Transaction - Asset Revaluation. I can put the write down and date, but the calculate button does process. I have tried setting FAM asset values and FAM asset setup to FULL but get the same results. What else needs to be adjusted?
