Why does bom export have items from different revision

I am trying to export BOMs.

The problem I am running into is if there are two revisions to the BOM, some - and some times all - of the components from the first revision (i.e.; Revision O) appear in the second revision (i.e. Revision OM) and vice versa.

We have SEQ numbers in our BOMs which are not repeated in the BOM.

These relate to the sequential listing of the components.

Is there a way to resolve this?
