How to sell an item from a subsidiary to be capitalized as a fixed asset in other subsidary?

Hello Gurus,

We have this intercompany business scenario, the selling subsidiary have a non-inventory item for resale, the purchasing subsidiary will capitalize this item as a fixed asset. how to handle this scenario? from the items and accounts setup, intercompany PO, SO and elimination.
