Required permissions to access System setup page on FAM bundle

Hi Team,

We are facing a challenge to make a custom role able to access system setup page on FAM bundle.

We already added all permissions we found articles on internet and posts here on community but still not working and saying only administrator page can access.

Does anyone have a complete list of permissions needed for that?
