Creating Sales Orders from Projects

Dear,

I would like to create a sales order from an existing project.

I selected a billing schedule for this project and I did not select the Consolidate Projects on Sales Transactions preference as prescribed by the documentation.

However, I am still not able to create a sales order from my project.

Do you have any idea what the reason might be?
