POs sync to Netsuite delayed

Hello,

I work in a software company, integrated with Netsuite, but one of our customers is complaining that purchase orders back to netsuite take too much time to be received, line 1 second per line? with 200 lines is a bit more than an hour.

Is any way to improve this? or is by default this process?

We create POs flat files, and Netsuite pick them up in the destination choosen, via a connector, with the XML data format (header, body, envelope) or SOAP.
