Set Status of Return Authorisation to Cancelled using Suitescript
Hi There
I have found the following suitescript which talks about the ability to set the return authorisation order status to any of the statuses listed
I have tried to set the order status field to 'Cancelled' using a workflow.
However, I receive the following error:
Does that meant the value of the order status (field id: orderstatus) can be set using any of the available values using suitescript though not the UI or workflows?
Also, what is the difference between a return authorisation that is cancelled vs one that is closed?
From what I can tell, it is possible to close a return authorisation using suitescript though not maybe not cancel it?
