for FAM, Moving Asset from 1 Subsidiary to a different Subsidiary?

I need to know in the Fixed Asset Management (FAM), if I transfer an asset from Subsidiary A to Subsidiary B using the FAM Transfer Entries function, would this impact and change historical data/activity after the transfer was made for Subsidiary A?

Note: Subsidiary A is historical data and Subsidiary B is current data.

We do not want to change historical data in that is in Subsidiary A after the transfer to Subsidiary B.
