What is the Payment File Format Template for Checks?

Hello.

Which template do you use to create a custom Bank Payment File Template for Checks? We want to create a file that we will send to the bank and the bank will issue the checks on our behalf. I thought this was Positive Pay but SuiteAnswers state that Positive Pay is for verifying issued checks. Again, we want the bank to issue the checks not verify issued checks.
