Shipping address provided does not match our records
Hi NetSuite Support Gurus,
We are encountering the following error when adding a Test FedEx Shipping Account in Sandbox:
The error seems to be occurring despite entering the same address information as indicated exactly on the FedEx account.
Is there anything else that we need to consider to be able to add the test account successfully?
