Customize Email Including Portugal Transaction ID Field

Hi

We have the Portugal Localization Suiteapp Installed But know the Business is complaining that we have an Invoice Number and a Portugal Transaction ID;

1. On the Invoice Record we have as Invoice Number: INPT01000016 (= generated via the auto-numbering in NetSuite)

2. he System generated a Portugal Transaction ID: FT23/000002006

3. On the Invoice PDF Layout we have as invoice: FT23/000002006

4. Also when sending emails it is using the Invoice number and not the Portugal Transaction ID. Even if you use the Field ID of the Portugal Transaction ID, NetSuite just displays it as empty on the Email subject.

5.In NetSuite you can only search on INPT01000016 via Global Search. Searching on FT23/000002006 is not possible
