How to filter a saved search of vendor bills based on billed or not billed to customers?

Hi Team,

We have expenses where in the vendor bill expenses or/and item lines we have flag billable checked and project/customer assigned.

I have a saved search of vendor bill lines. How do I add a filter to show only unbilled lines?
