Inventory status not working as we want
We are using the inventory status in this way:
-Not available: for those items that we have received but are not put on sale, let's say that they are placed in an intermediate location before being placed for sale.
-Avalable: those for sale.
We have established the reorder point, and the reorder point is based in the quantity available of the inventory, not the status. But the system generates the purchase orders needed based on the not available inventory status. We are having problem because the reorder point takes the status also as a based to reorder items
The problem is that we have those items in the inventory, they are not available for sale, not that we don't have them.
