Search with Items on one line

I have a search that was able to put the Bill and Item receipt on one transaction line. The issue i have is if we have a Purchase Order that will have the same item but on multiple lines. Is there a way to tell the search to treat those as 2 different line items rather than "grouping" the line item.? Is their a criteria or result that can assist with fixing that result?
