Inventory On Hand Report - Excel Web Query

I want to get some NS reports into Excel for external use using the Excel Web Query option. For some reports this works fine, but I have one report for Inventory On Hand by location that has several columns for locations. When I open the web query in Excel the format of this report is different.

The columns in NS are transposed to rows in Excel, but they are missing the column headers so I can't tell which location is which - and they seem to be in random order. How can I get the same format displayed in NS into Excel?
