NetSuite issues

Hi,

we are having terrible issues with NetSuite since this Monday. it is happening with all the users, different locations. I have worked with NetSuite customer support they said its client problem as on the performance details its showing client is taking more time. I tried everything: clearing cache, cookies it did not work. we are using Google Chrome. but tried Firefox too its slow. can anyone help? thank you
