Split Bin Numbers into seperate rows in a Report?

Hello,

I'm trying to split items by their varied Bin Numbers on an Inventory Valuation Summary such that the single line of multiple grouped Bin Numbers will be separated into rows, but will keep their grouping. However, I can't seem to find a way to easily do this. I've attached some pictures that I hope will help clarify what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
