How to hide fields on the Invoice form?

There are a few fields on the invoice form that I don't seem to be able to hide. I have tried via Suitescript and Workflows, but no joy.

I'm not sure if they came from a bundle or anything like dunning.

Any help would be appreciated. Also on the Finance Charge form I cant seem to move this field either.

Its not listed anywhere in screen fields.
