Hello how are you? Can somebody help me? I need to reestablish an administrator's access from the beginning from the configuration>users/roles>tools path to reestablish user access:

I enter the email, and select all the checkboxes
and it gives me the following error:

You cannot perform the actions you selected with this user. This may be because the email address you entered is invalid, you do not have the necessary permissions, or you are not an administrator of all the accounts this user has access to.
