Standard Cost - Inventory Item - Location Standard Cost - Cost is in which Unit?

Question is: if an inventory item has a different units types of: Base, Stocking, Purchase, Sale...

At the Location Level for entering the Standard Cost, which Units should this cost be based on?

Base?

Purchase?

Stock?

Bonus points if you can point me to a SuiteAnswer that specifically calls this out.
