How to complete a work order?

Let's say we have a work order for 100 muffins, and we put all the required ingredients into the bowl and bake and end up with 85 muffins. How do we complete the work order so it's not expecting another 15 muffins to be made and make sure we are consuming all the ingredients into the 85 muffins which were made on the assembly build?
