Updating BOM revision component item

I am having difficulty updating the BOM quantity of one specific component via CSV import. When I attempt to selectively update the quantity of a specific component (keyed sublist), it appends the item as a new line in the BOM components rather than update the existing value.

When I map the CSV fields using internal ID - I have the internal ID of the Bill of Materials and the internal ID of the line item to update - I always get an invalid key reference error.
