Saved search with last modified result

Hi

I have a saved search which is supposed to return the old and new values of a particular field (bank account number).

However, I want the search to only return the latest update and not all of them.

How would I modify the search for that?

For example (fictitious data screenshot)

I don't want all changes to the bank account number. Just the change that occured at 6:38pm (the last time the record was changed)
