How to completly remove 2FA validation?

We want to remove 2FA validation in certain roles.

This is what we did:

1. In the role, we remove the option TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED > Not required.

2. In Permissions > Setup > Remove permission: Access Token Management

In any case, roles still ask for 2FA validation.
