Hi team.
Hope you are doing well!
When we are pushing the note to the NetSuite via SOAP, we are getting an error:
You do not have permissions to set a value for element direction due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.
Could you please help us, with how we can resolve this (what should be done from the NetSuite side to stop getting such an error)?
The "Notes Tab" permission in the role that we are using is "Full".
