Block Approved Expense posting to previous month

Hi All

We noted some expense claims were fully approved on 1 Nov but posted to Oct 2023 posting period, affecting the month-end closing.

What is the best workaround solution so that any Expense claims approved on 1 Nov gets posted to Nov 2023 posting period even though the Expense Claim was posted with Oct Date and Posting Period Oct 2023?
