How to add a Dynamic Custom Field on a Saved Search?

Hey there Community,

I'm looking for a way to add a custom dynamic field to the results of a saved search.

Appreciate any assistance!

ps. I previously asked a similar question and half the question was answered, but never this portion. I have gone through the search to see if this is already covered. Not finding anything here or in Suite Answers.
