Netsuite Suitecloud Processor Utilization | Performance / Upgrade?

Hello Community,

We have been getting some pretty long wait times on jobs in particular Payment File creation. 1h until it starts and another 30min until its complete.

I have already changed settings (concurrency to 2 and priority to high) on the EP scripts according to a SuiteAnswers article. It seems to have improved a bit, but not substantial. So I checked the application performance app and found that the processor utilization is quite high and I think Queue wait times are also high.

Looking at all the map/reduce and scheduled scripts, it seems that many daily ones can run for hours and leave the others in the pending to start for that time - if too many run at the same time.
